July email: Fun House Mirror
The gods of random distortion do their thing and what you're left with is one part science experiment and one part entertainment (my favorite.) So for this collection, I decided to play the Wizard of Oz and use my own two hands, an iPad and a projector (this sounds like the beginning of a joke) to create some distorted beauties. I named them after that old circus….thing called a “fun house mirror" because it was all I could think of that mimicked the distortion effect I was going for.
